- **1.** Voltage Drop in Sub-Battery
One common issue is a voltage down of the sub-battery. 
If the vehicle suddenly stops, a warning can be seen on the display .
This could be caused by a damage in Return Charge Kit, low volatage and a sudden shutdown of unit eventhough the main battery is in high percentage. 
In either case, the solution is to always monitor the sub-battery and/or report to the manufacturer.

- **2** High Temperature of Power Trains
Another issue is the Error of the power trains display on the Speedometer. If the vehicle stops or loses power suddenly, a warning can be seen on the display. 
This typically happens when there’s an overload of the motor or controller, causing the temperature to rise (Motor temperature maximum or equal to 100°C and Motor Controller is maximum or equal to 70°C  ). 
In case if the temperature reaches this, the vehicle will suddenly stop. (Record a video showing this issue) 
If this happens, take the following steps:
First, It is noticeable that the vehicle will slowdown when the temperature rises, so don’t turn off the main switch, as this helps cool down the battery. 
Park in a safe area.  (Show reenactment of the driver slowing down and stopping). 
Next, visually check the cooling fan under the motor control to ensure if it is functioning. (Record the model showing this issue.)
Once the motor has cooled down, drive again at a slower speed. 
In some cases, a warning can be seen on the display due to the abnormality that vehicle has experience. 
This usually indicates excessive current flow through the motor. 
In this case, it's best to bring the unit to the manufacturer immediately for further inspection.

- **3** Power Down Power Trains
Another thing is the Power down of the power trains. 
This issue will occur when ignition starts. 
An error icon in the display can be seen even if the Motor, motor controller, and battery percentage indicator is good. 
It can be observed that on the top of the motor controller there is a blinking green light indicating the error, as for the vehicle cannot run or is in a immobile state. 
In this case, contact the manufacturer imkmediately. 

- **4** State of Health (SOC) Down of Battery
If a sudden decrease in the vehicle's running speed is observed, a battery warning can be seen on the display indicating to change the main battery. 
To note that: 
a. If the font color of the battery percentage is green, the battery is between 100-60%; b. If the font color of the battery percentage is orange it means that the  SOC is in between 60%-40%;
c. If the font color of the battery percentage is red, at 40% or below, it indicates a low battery level; 
c1. If it reaches 20% kindly change the battery immediately.
